Addictions

Substance abuse, chemical dependency, and/or eating disorders run in many families. Recovery from any addiction is one day at a time. Working a 12 step program helps clients to stay clean and sober. Many still struggle with trying to have a fulfilling life after sobriety. There is LIFE in recovery. If you are struggling with sobriety, perhaps there is something that you have yet to discover about yourself that keeps you from being happy sober, or even staying sober. Identifying underlying causes that have not been previously addressed or resolved and/or working on developing a spiritual (not religious) connection can address these struggles and provide support for your journey in sobriety.
